In Keith Brooke's The Accord, the architect of a virtual utopia is forced to flee into his own creation, pursued by an angry husband bent on murderous revenge. (Let's face it, we've all been there.) For the cover we wanted to capture the idea of a man breaking down and fragmenting as his reality dissolves around him, and at the same time convey that the novel is a gripping SF thriller. Here's where we ended up. The cover will be printed on matte stock, with the graphics picked out in a glossy spot varnish, which should give it a nice touchy-feely quality.
The book's out early next year.

Love that cover!
Great, isn't it? I love it!
Just wait until you see the real thing! The cover treatments should make it feel really special.
