The Telegraph has a feature on 100 books every child should read. Have a stroll down memory lane. There are some pretty interesting titles on there, and a heck of a lot of genre fiction. Start 'em young, I say. Glad to see a few favourites on there, though. Although not genre, the boys' adventures of Willard Price certainly gave my imagination a good work out as a ten-year-old. What other novels are there where you learn how to steer a whale? Exactly. Something every kid needs to know.
